This website presents the artistic work published under the persona ALIX ANGLE as part of the Index7 collective.

This policy applies to this website and any forms, media and newsletters linked from it. It does not govern third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Vimeo); those services have their own policies.

3) Data we collect

• Data you provide: name, email, and message content when you contact us or subscribe to updates.

• Technical data: server logs, truncated IP addresses, device/OS/browser, language, referrer, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.

• Transactional data (if applicable in the future): billing/shipping details and legally required records.

• Artwork metadata (non-personal): public “passport” identifiers accompanying artworks (e.g., seed, commit hash, ICC profile name, ΔE), and links to on-chain certificates. These are technical identifiers about the work, not about website visitors.

4) Why we process your data (legal bases)

• Operate and secure the site (legitimate interests; and legal obligation for security/logging).

• Respond to enquiries and manage press requests (legitimate interests or steps prior to a contract).

• Contractual/accounting records: statutory periods.

• On-chain data: indefinite by the nature of public ledgers.
